As a personal trainer, I aim to empower everyone to take control of their health and well being. My services include training, nutrition and group workout classes.

My Group Classes are conducted at Body X in Bryn Mawr. Centrally located to the entire Main Line!
You'll keep a journal for one full week, and then we'll make small changes to meet your goals in a manageable way.
One on one training at a location of your choice! Whether it be BodyX in Bryn Mawr or your home, we'll get positive results toward your fitness goals.

I draw from my experience in Physical Therapy. There's no one-size-fits-all - I create a different plan for everyone. Your current health conditions and injuries will be taken into account as we train. Modifications are important! We'll go at your pace and be sure to hit your goals along the way.

Assisted Stretching
I had back surgery a few years ago, so when I began looking into personal training my top priority was to work with someone who could help me stay fit and avoid injury. Kim’s excellent in both those categories; since I began working with her I’ve gotten stronger and lost weight, and I’ve never felt like any of the workouts have put me at risk of re-injuring my back. In addition to that, Kim is very kind and personable, so even if I leave with jelly legs, I always feel better after a session than when I walked in. I would absolutely recommend Kim, she’s awesome!"
